Order Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- 8a grade Virgin hair wigs, highlight wigs and custom wigs require 6-10 day processing
UK customers: After placing your order please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order. Please note during holidays delivery times may vary we advise you order your hair in advance to any occasions to allow time to receive your order.
International customers: please be aware of any custom duties or fees that may apply to your order upon reaching your country. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEARING YOUR ORDER OR PAYING CUSTOM FEES.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Addresses:
- Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information that may delay your delivery, we will contact you to update the delivery information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information.

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the delivery company. CEBEHAUSE is not liable for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they are in the possession of the courier.
Sale items may require additional shipping time
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. In the event that a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must raise the issue directly with the courier using the tracking information provided.
Replacement units, refunds, or complimentary remakes will not be issued for parcels lost, stolen, or mishandled by the delivery company.

SALE SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Due to the high volume of orders during our sale, all sale items are processed in weekly batches. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.
📦 SALE ORDER PROCESSING
Sale orders are processed at the end of each working week. Orders are processed in batches and undergo the necessary quality checks before being prepared for dispatch.
Once your order has been processed, it will be aimed to be dispatched within 7–12 working days.
We always aim to have orders dispatched as quickly as possible; however, the stated timeframe is an estimated dispatch window and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
⏳ POSSIBLE DELAYS
Although we aim to dispatch within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as high order volumes, supplier processing times, quality-control requirements, courier delays or circumstances outside of our control.
If your order experiences an unexpected delay, we will continue to work to have it dispatched as soon as possible.
Please do not place a sale order if you require your wig by a specific date unless you have contacted us beforehand to arrange an express option.
🚚 TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information via email.
Please note that the 7–12 working day timeframe refers to dispatch, not the time it takes for the parcel to arrive after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping service selected.
⚡ NEED YOUR WIG URGENTLY?
If you have an event, holiday, birthday, special occasion or specific date you need your wig for, please contact us before placing your order.
An express shipping option is available upon request and is subject to availability.
For express orders, your wig will be shipped directly from our supplier, and the additional express shipping fee is charged by the supplier/courier.
Express shipping is £25, unless otherwise advised.
Please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order requirements so we can confirm the available option and estimated timeframe before you purchase.
🤎 NON-SALE ITEMS
This sale shipping policy applies to SALE ITEMS ONLY.
All non-sale items remain subject to our regular delivery timeframe, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
