Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products all sales are final .
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:
- Wigs
- Custom wigs
- Coloured wigs
- Hair bundles
- Frontals
- Closures
- Sale items
- Promotional items
- Gift cards
Sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
However, you are entitled to a refund or exchange:
-if you received the wrong item
-if the item is defective
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be provided with instructions on how and where to send your package. (customer must handle shipping expenses)

please note that a refund cannot be provided due to delay of the courier service, as we have limited control over that.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Processing & Delivery
Due to the high volume of sale orders, processing for all orders will begin once the sale has ended.
Please allow 3–5 weeks for your order to be processed and delivered. While we always aim to dispatch orders sooner where possible, delays may occur during busy sale periods.
Express delivery is available with faster immediate delivery once the item is ready to ship
Restocks During the Sale
All products included in the sale will continue to be restocked throughout the sale period.
If an item you’re looking for is currently out of stock, please be patient—it may be restocked before the sale ends.
Refunds & Exchanges
All sale purchases are final.
Due to the heavily discounted prices, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted unless your item arrives faulty or we have made an error with your order.
